The Shift I’m Making With This Newsletter
I’m back and here’s what to expect going forward
Hey Investors!
It’s been a little quiet from me on the newsletter front, so I wanted to pop in and say I’m back.
I’m going to make a genuine effort to send these out weekly where possible, sometimes bi-weekly, depending on how things are tracking. No rigid promises. Just sharing when I actually have something useful to say.
The big shift going forward is this.
I’m stepping away from regular suburb reviews.
Instead, these emails will focus on practical property investment tips, strategy breakdowns, things to watch in the market, and helping you make sense of what actually matters when buying property. Budget, yield requirements, risk tolerance, lending structure, personal circumstances. All the stuff that actually moves the needle.
Right now there is a huge amount of noise and misinformation in the market. Everything feels like it’s “booming”, but not all markets are created equal. There are select locations and strategies that will set you up far better than just chasing whatever is trending on social media.
My goal with this newsletter is to help you cut through that noise and understand where the real opportunities are in 2026, and more importantly, which ones actually make sense for you.
I will still do suburb reviews from time to time when something genuinely stands out, but the focus will be on helping you think better, not just consume more data.
If you are new here, or if you have been sitting on the fence, I also have the private community where if you want deeper discussions, deal breakdowns, and ongoing support, I’ll be sharing a promo code you can use to join.
Promo code 25% Off (For the first month): RESTART25

More value, less fluff. That’s the plan.
Appreciate you being here, and I’m looking forward to sharing a lot more with you going forward.
